Die CD "Ferox" setzt neue Maßstäbe, wie alte Musik mit Gefühl,  Virtuosität und Sound erlebbar gemacht wird. Das Album gilt als eines der Meilensteine im Bereich Mittelalter/Bordunmusik. Titel aus dem "Llibre Vermeil" und verschiedene Cantigas wechseln ab mit Melodien aus der Bretagne und Skandinavien. Instrumental ist das Album äußerst weit gefächert, von keltischer Harfe über Nyckelharpa bis hin zu Stücken auf verschiedensten Dudelsäcken aus ganz Europa. Die Produktion besticht durch die excellente Einspielung und durch den Klang der historischen Instrumente. Großen Wert wurde auf die Dynamik gelegt, die durch vielfältige Percussion zum Mittanzen einlädt.

Als Gastmusiker wirkte der schwedische Flötist Göran Månsson ("Gjallarhorn") mit.
